Brad has been with Rasa Floors for a remarkable 18 years. He started his career with Rasa Floors in 1999 as the Branch Manager of our Longview location when he was 20 years old. He now serves as President & Chief Operating Officer. Brad and his wife Melanie welcomed their first child into the world on February 23, 2015 - Everly Nicole Rasa is her Daddy’s pride & joy! As a big sports fan, Brad never misses watching a Cowboy’s game and in his spare time enjoys skiing and playing golf with his father Paul. As a down-to-earth, logical and fair business-minded individual, Brad treats people with respect, honor and dignity while demonstrating through his actions how to honor God and really Live, Learn and Lead.
